A Grade: No noticeable flaws from a distance, potentially some minor flaws when viewed under specific lighting
B Grade: Minor flaws that may be viewable at arms lengths, may have facial flaws could have slight overfill/underfill and some offset screenprint
C Grade: Flaws noticable from a distance, visible screenprinting discrepancy, while still aceeptable pins they are the lowest grade
Please note I do not grade the backs of pins
Presale Terms and Conditions
Presales are a commitment to buying the pin in return for receiving pins that are the best of the batch, because purchasing these pins is a commitment and goes to funding a design. There will be no refunds given prior to the six month time frame that is generally accepted by the pin community. Being a presale buyer and a consumer of my products in general you are entitled to regular updates. Updates will be shared as I have them through instagram and added to my "Updates" highlight. If you missed one, or feel as though the time since an update has been too long please feel free to contact me if you need an update via Instagram: @Bons.Pins, by email, or by the contact page on my website. Instagram DMs and email are preferred.
Shop Policies
For any order inquiries such as address changes please contact me via email from my link in bio or through the contact page on my website. Please include your order number with this email.
At this time I do not have any policies regarding reselling or trading my pins outside of P4Ps which should be sold at Drop + Shipping + Shipping (DSS) ONLY. Outside of that, I just ask that you be considerate of the community when choosing your prices reselling my pins.
I do NOT accept refunds on in-hands under any circumstances, but if you believe your pin was graded improperly please reach out.
I am not responsible for packages once they have been scanned in by the postal service. All orders will be properly insured and packed, but unfortunately I can not control anything outside of that.
Address changes will be accepted on pre-order products, but I will call for address changes when the time comes. If you happened to fill out your address incorrectly on an in-hand order please reach out immediately as I tend to print out labels as orders come in.
